At ICMG we keep our pricing simple, clear, and flexible. Every project is different, but the guide below outlines our standard rates along with an example quote, so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Please note, this is a pricing guide. Every project is different and some require more or less work in all departments,

so costs can be lower or higher depending on the scope of the project.

Working with a small budget? We're not always out of the questions, if we feel the project is something that would

add addition value to us other ways we may be able to help offload some of the costs in certain areas so please feel

Half-Day Videography (Up to 4 Hours)

Includes:

• Lead videographer

• Full pre-production planning

• Professional filming

• Camera, audio, and lighting equipment

• Basic on-location setup

• Travel to 1 location 

 

Full-Day Videography (Up to 9–10 Hours)

£500
Includes:

• Lead videographer

• Pre-production planning

• Full-day coverage

• Professional audio

• Equipment setup & management

• Travel to 1 location 

 

 

👥 Additional Crew

Sometimes projects require more hands on deck — extra camera angles, more coverage, or specialist roles.

• Second Videographer (Half Day): £180

• Second Videographer (Full Day): £320

• Production Assistant / Runner: £20 per hour

 

🎬 Editing & Post-Production

Post-production is where your story really comes together.

• Half-Day Editing: £150

• Full-Day Editing: £250

• Hourly Editing Rate: £40

• Colour grading, audio balancing, and titles included

 

 

🎧 Standard Extras & Add-Ons

• Music Licence for Video: £20

• Data Storage & Backup (6 Months): £45

• Data Storage (Approx. 12p per GB) Avg. £38

• First location: Free

• Additional locations: £15–£30

 

 ⛴️ Mainland (UK)

• Ferry Fee: £60–£70

• Fuel (depends on distance): £45–£90

 

🌍Europe & International 

• Flights to be covered by client at best optimised price

• Travel days charged at £120 per day (Per crew)

 

 

 

⚡ Rush Fees (Optional)

    For time-sensitive or urgent turnaround projects:

• Rush Filming (within 48 hours): +£75

• Next-day or Same-day Booking: +£150

• Rush Editing (48 Hours): +25%

• Rush Editing (24 Hours): +50%

• Overnight/Same-Day Edit: +75–100%

📽️ Additional Equipment Hire

While our in house crew have a wide selection of equipment to take on most of our standard productions which we incorporate into our fixed day rates. Some bigger jobs require the hiring of additional equipment. We only use trusted rental houses & will always obtain the best price at cost with no added mark up.
